Chef de Partie

London Wasps Rugby Club and Wycombe Wanderers Football Club are looking for a Chef de Partie to work across both clubs, based at Adams Park in High Wycombe.

This is a key role and will be responsible for assisting in the effective and efficient running of the food and beverage department, providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring all profit margins are met and exceeded. We want a dynamic candidate that can assist in moving the business forward, regularly improving processes and procedures where necessary, while following the corporate strategy and budgets.

This is an exciting and challenging role and the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- To ensure all food is prepared and presented at the correct time to the required standard.
- Assist the head chef in compiling menus for restaurant, functions and events
- Check in and authorise deliveries
- Ensure all financial targets are met
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met
- Ensure wastage is kept to a minimum
- Two years’ experience in a similar role
- City & Guilds or qualified by experience
- A valid driving licence and own car
- You will need to be able to work match days which includes weekends and evenings.

Sous Chef x2

Wycombe Wanderers Football Club are looking for two Sous Chefs, based either at WWFC’s stadium or the training ground (both based in the Sands/Lane End area).

Commercial Sales Executive

London Wasps Rugby Club and Wycombe Wanderers Football Club are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to work across both clubs, based at Adams Park in High Wycombe.

This is a key role and will be responsible for increasing and developing sales revenues and profits including but not limited to rugby/football related sales such as ticketing, retail and match day products, as well as non-sport related sales such as conference, banqueting and hospitality.

You will need to develop sales growth strategies across the businesses in conjunction with the sales manager and assisting in driving the sales department forward.

This is an exciting and challenging role and the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Minimum of 1 year's outbound sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Must be exceptionally target driven with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- A valid driving licence and own car
- You will need to be able to work match days which includes weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Part time evenings

Hours: 2-5 Evenings per week, 5.45pm - 8.30pm

Blues Youth Cashline Weekly Draw Agents

Wycombe Wanderers are on the hunt for supporters to collect weekly subscriptions for the Blues Youth Cashline Draw and sell scratch cards in return for a host of benefits including a free season ticket at Adams Park.

The Blues Youth Cashline Draw offers the opportunity to win prizes of up to £525 each week in return for a £1 subscription, which is collected by agents in particular areas around the county.

Agents are required for one evening per week for approximately two hours to collect in the following areas: Bourne End, Wooburn Green, Marlow, Loudwater, Beaconsfield, Holtspur, Stokenchurch, Walters Ash, Aylesbury, Hazlemere, Booker/Sands and Maidenhead.

The benefits are:
- Free season ticket for Wycombe Wanderers league matches
- 15% commission for Cashline subscriptions collected
- Bonuses for winning members on your round
- 10% commission for scratch card sales
- An average round would earn you around £7 - £9
